FACES: The National Craniofacial Association is a non-profit organization serving children and adults throughout the United States with severe craniofacial differences resulting from birth defects, injuries, or disease.

FACES makes facial surgeries possible for children and adults across the United States by financially assisting patients and their families with travel costs for specialist care and surgeries. FACES also provides information and support for people with facial differences and operates a summer camp specifically for kids with facial differences.
