Oklahoma's Family Support 360 Degrees Project

Through funding from Department of Human Services, Title V Children with Special Healthcare Needs, the Oklahoma Family Support 360° Center (FS360°) serves families who have children and young adults with developmental disabilities and are Medicaid eligible. The families served at the FS360° are from diverse communities, they are mostly Hispanic and their primary language is Spanish. The Center provides information and navigational assistance to families, as well as guidance on finding resources, emotional support, and family networking opportunities in the community. The Center is staffed by bilingual Hispanic/Latino family support coordinators who are also parents of children with developmental disabilities.
