Services are provided in selected cities within the counties of Roger Mills, Beckham, Custer, Washita, Kiowa, Tillman, Cotton, Jefferson, Stephens, Woodward, Caddo, Carter, Comanche, Ellis, Dewey, and Canadian. Red River also provides contractual services to businesses, schools and health providers. All services are open to the public.
