The mission of Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma, Inc. (REI) is to expand economic opportunities for Oklahomans by providing flexible financing and development services to individuals, businesses and entrepreneurs with limited access to resources.

REI is headquartered in Durant, Oklahoma with additional offices located in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.
