Sooner SUCCESS - Creek County

Sooner SUCCESS serves families of children and youth, birth to 21 years of age, with one or more of the following: developmental delay or disability, chronic health care needs, abuse/neglect issues and mental health needs.

They offer support for families who need a break and want information on whom to call. They help organizing your child's medical, educational and other information. They know what resources are available in your area and help you network with other parents and learn about children's services and issues. They help find needed services or equipment when you don't know what to do. They also provide more information on a specific disability or condition.
