Coordinates long and shorter range transportation planning for central Oklahoma. A Consumer Advisory Committee as well as technical and local government representatives take part in the planning process. Transportation plans address needs for public transit and other transportation modes including highways, rail service, trucking, bicycle and pedestrian travel.
