The Tulsa Community College Resource Center for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing (RCDHH) is a recognized leader in quality education for students who are deaf or hard of hearing. RCDHH is the home of PEPNet Midwest, which serves as a role model for and provides assistance to the other state colleges, universities, and vocational-technical schools.
