The EC will complete the ESS-C-274 Authorization Request form when requesting authorization to begin work on the first milestone and for each subsequent milestone(s). The EC may request either the Assessment and Vocational Preparation Milestones or Assessment, JDPL, and R4 with the first Authorization Request. Then will request up to 2 milestones for the remainder of the contract services. The same form will be used to invoice the DRS Counselor for payment when each milestone is completed. The EC will complete the invoice section of the form and submit the required documentation for payment to the DRS Counselor.
