The EC will develop and plan for extended services to be used once the individual's DRS case is closed. The EC will work in conjunction with DRS Counselor, the individual, any relevant persons identified by the individual, the DDS Case manager if the individual qualifies for DDS Services, Tribal Counselor, employer, etc to establish the extended services needed by the individual once DRScase is closed. The ESS-C-253 Extended Services Statement will be developed and extended services will be established during the SE ST Milestone and during SES Onsite Support and Training Service.
