The ESS-A-010 Contract Evaluation (Rev. 2021-07-22) contractor receives this form at Mid-Year (Dec) and at the end of the fiscal year (June) from their respective ESS TA to complete and submit. The ESS TA will use this and other information compiled during the year to complete the ESS-A-035—Contract Compliance Review.
