The DRS Counselor will email the ESS-C-349 ESS Assessment Referral to the ESS contractor the individual has chosen to work with. The DRS Counselor will select the types of assessments needed and describe any problems the individual is having in the above assessment area(s). Once the contractor receives the referral from the counselor they will schedule the assessments. Then the EC will submit the ESS-C-345 ESS Authorization Request and Billing Form to the DRS Counselor requesting authorization for the Employment Support Assessment service.
