Used by all ESS Contractors to report staff on the payroll who provide services under one or more of the ESS contracts such as SE, SES, ESS, ER, JP, JOBS, or IPS. The employee's completion status of all required training and National Background Check will be documented and updated regularly. This is a required document and must be maintained by the Project Director of each contractor.
