The Job Analysis and Situational Assessment Report will be used to complete the Compatibility Analysis. The Contractor may choose to complete a situational assessment in their facility if it is based on an actual job. When an in-house situational assessment is completed, a copy of the job description must be submitted with the required documentation for payment of the milestone. The AS Milestone Report will be completed in collaboration with the individual to summarize intake and assessment information. The Situational Assessment is preferred to be in the area of the person's chosen vocational goal and documentation must be provided to the DRS Counselor for approval when both assessments are not in the person's chosen vocational goal.
