The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 provides funding for specialized public transportation services to private, non-profit applicants in urban and rural areas.

INCOG brings federal, state, and local governments and other transportation agencies together in a cooperative effort to assess the area’s transportation needs and to develop comprehensive, multi-modal plans that address those needs and goals of the region.
