Purpose: Newspaper article and other media info for news casts, Etc

Name Agencies or Entities: If the weather cooperates maybe we could organize outside the capital with tables or exhibitors, or possibly ask legislators to visit the Oklahoma Library for the Blind. Maybe we could have tables for exhibitors and outreach groups there.

Purpose: We have held this outside in the past.

Purpose: I assume that outstanding achievement will still be recognized but that there won't be an organized presentation ceremony as there was at the capitol. Could those awards be recognized during another meeting or venue?
