Request a publication
The DRS Communications office is ready to create any publications or support materials you need. We can design anything from a simple postcard to an annual report, ensuring your needs are met while navigating the challenges of copyright and state law. We want to be helpful partners in your success.
We offer a turnkey approach. We can write the publication, take the photos, design needed art and handle the printing.
We promise a publication will not go to print until you are happy.
We will provide accessible formats of the publication including Braille, large print and accessible PDF. Audio versions can be made with the help of studio staff at the Oklahoma Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.
To get started, first get approval for your project from your division administrator or superintendent. Then, ask him or her for a funding code for the project. Next, click on “Request help with a publication” link at the top of this page.
